  2. Send us your order and we will send you an invoice with shipping cost and estimated time of transportation. Usually we send you two shipping options for you to choose. This takes us one business day.
  3. Confirm invoice and fulfill your payment. We accept payment by Western Union and Bank Transfer. We will ship your order within 5 business days after confirming your payment. We will inform you via email.

Is there a MOQ (minimum order quantity) I have to buy? No, there are no MOQ but due to transportation cost we recommend purchases of $100USD and above.

What methods of payment do you accept? 1) Western Union 2) Bank Transfer The details of payment are sent to you in your quotation.

How many days does it take for us to confirm your payment? For Western Union 1 business day and for bank transfers it usually takes about 3 business days to get the Bank’s confirmation.

What shipping methods are available? There are two shipping methods available now: 1) EMS of El Salvador 2) Postal service of El Salvador. We will quote you always the two shipping methods with time estimates for you to choose.

The times are a good reference taken from previous experiences but it may vary in reality. You can contact us for delivery time to other areas. We cannot guarantee the package would arrive within time as transportation is beyond our control.

Is my package traceable? YES, whether EMS service or Postal service tracking is available. After shipping we send you your tracking number. You can check the package status on this website

When can I claim a refund if I am unable to receive package? If your package does not arrive within the following specified time and the package was never signed for (i.e. never delivered). We will provide a full refund of purchase cost and shipping. For EMS El Salvador: after 40 days of payment sent. For Postal Service: after 60 days of payment sent. Please note: Clearance at destination customs is beyond our reach. We are sorry to say we take no responsibility for any failure of delivery resulted from destination customs.

What is your return policy? If an order is short shipped or the wrong product was sent or merchandise is damaged/defective we will issue a full credit for product cost. No partial returns will be accepted, and merchandise must be sent back in original individual and case packaging. Shipping costs on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. If you opt to return acceptable merchandise, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Do you offer payment terms? CULTIVAR does not offer payment plans or credit. All orders must be paid in full before shipment.

What kind of outer package do you use? Every product is package in hard carton boxes.
